    Our integrated approach to fund management is centred on portfolio optimisation via a process of continuous review.     BMO Real Estate Partners manages both geared and ungeared portfolios, suited to the requirements of each client. We have extensive experiences in identifying appropriate financing strategies, suitable lenders and lending terms. With a rigorous approach to financial management, years of experience and extensive contacts in the finance world, we are able to secure the best possible finance terms and advice on the most efficient tax structure for each investor.

    Debt is normally arranged through recognised commercial lending banks, but we also use unconventional routes and innovative measures where appropriate. We always put the specific requirements of our investors first and take the characteristics of each property investment into consideration before deciding and advising which loan offer and corporate structure is best suited.
