    Best Value Europe I (BVE I)

    The BVE I is a German “Spezialfonds” in accordance with the German investment law (KAGB) and supervised by the federal financial supervisory office (BaFin). The Fund has a target volume of €500-700m and will acquire 6-12 prime high-street properties within top tier European cities and in sub-markets offering luxury retail and tourist concentration. The fund aims to deliver a stable and sustainable income return of 4% p.a. net over its 10 year term. The fund administration is carried out by HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment GmbH. BVE I held its first close in October 2015 and is due for a second close in Q1 2016.

    F&C UK Real Estate Investments Limited

    Formed in April 2013 from the merger of IRP Property Investments Limited ('IRP') and ISIS Property Trust ('IPT'), the Fund has a combined property portfolio of over £300 million, with enhanced diversification and greater flexibility in its future investment strategy. The separate property portfolios of IRP and IPT are complementary in their geographic and sector exposure and the combined portfolio maintains an overweight position in London and the South East.

    Best Value Germany I (BVG I)

    The BVG I is a German “Spezialfonds” in accordance with the German investment law (KAGB) and supervised by the federal financial supervisory office (BaFin). The Fund has a gross volume of € 310m and is invested in commercial real estate in prime inner-city locations in mid-size and large cities of Germany. Over the 10-year fund life, an annual distribution yield of 5.5% is targeted. The fund administration is carried out by HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment GmbH. BVG I has been fully invested since December 2013.

    Best Value Germany II (BVG II)

    The BVG II fund is a German “Spezialfonds” in compliance with the German investment law (KAGB). The fund is planned for a gross volume of € 550 million and a maximum debt of 50%. BVG II invests in prime properties in secondary and large German cities, with a focus on high-street retail properties. The fund aims to generate a stable annual distribution yield of 5.0% over the ten year maturity. HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment GmbH is responsible for the fund administration. BVG II is currently in the investment phase.
