Via Cola di Rienzo

This 8,000 sqm “Coin Excelsior” luxury department store was entirely refurbished in 2013. It is operating on basement, ground and first floors within several mixed-use buildings.

Via Cola di Rienzo, connecting the Vatican City to the Tiber waterfront, is one of the most famous streets in Rome for shopping with a high density of both local and international retailers.

Following the acquisition of the building in Q1 2016, we have been able to purchase the trade licence and sign a new 15-year firm business lease to enhance and secure the income stream on the long term.
